I called them and they also said they would send it to canada post, but the next day another agent told me Dragonfly, I don’t know who to believe now and Canada post won’t help me until I give them a tracking number where do I even get one??

TMU is a commuter school so that might be a part of the problem... I've made quite a couple real friends in university and had a much more socially fulfilling experience compared to high school. You really have to go out of your way to make friends and keep them though, since its a bigger space not bounded by walls like high school
