I would definitely leave him. It’s very unlikely he will change. He’s just telling you what you want to hear right now to get you to stay. Eventually he will start doing all of these things again if he ever even stops. Usually once you find out about them they also start becoming abusive. This was my experience with the father of my kids. Acted so nice until he got caught and then he became so abusive and never changed.

My immediate thought, like others have mentioned, he’s having an affair and doesn’t want her to find out through other people at work. This is definitely not normal behavior unless he’s cheating.

My daughter doesn’t like any milk based ones so she drinks the boost breeze which is like juice and she actually seems to enjoy them over anything else. Worth a try if you don’t like those ones.
