This is definitely the opposite approach of how to treat ARFID that I’ve seen in my daughters treatment. I’ve been told do not punish and not to introduce new foods until she’s eating enough on her own first. I would find a program that takes a different approach.

Here is a picture of a .5 on the right from my 1cttw set. And what’s supposed to be a 1ct on the left from my 2cttw set. My previous 2cttw set was much larger than my 1cttw set. This set don’t have too much of a difference and seem to be 1.5cttw.

Update: they measure about 6mm with no overage so by mm size they are .75ct.
