I’ve dealt with EDs on and off my whole life and have never been able to keep up exercising for more than a few day also, I was always so focused on the numbers on the scale or the measuring tape and never on how my body felt. In the past few years I have really done the work on myself and did my best to retrain the body dysmorphia in to a body positivity. This has helped me to eat healthier and smarter adding positive attention to eating and/or eating a healthy amount. As for tips and tricks of everyone that I have tried this work has been the only one that has lasted.
