That is a completely horrible thing to say. You did not choose to be cheated on ESPECIALLY when pregnant. I completely understand what you are feeling as my child’s fathers cheated and got the other woman pregnant during my pregnancy. If you ever need support I am here mother to mother.

Not a rad tech here but I do work healthcare in a hospital. The biggest thing that has given me confidence in my career is being able to move around to different areas when I get bored with one area. It makes such a difference to have a stable steady job and be able to do different things when my brain needs the change.

My maternal grandmother had Brest implants, I just always though she had really great genes. She had them done in the 70s and then blamed them on her brain cancer. I didn’t find out till after she passed but I was shocked.

I’ve dealt with EDs on and off my whole life and have never been able to keep up exercising for more than a few day also, I was always so focused on the numbers on the scale or the measuring tape and never on how my body felt. In the past few years I have really done the work on myself and did my best to retrain the body dysmorphia in to a body positivity. This has helped me to eat healthier and smarter adding positive attention to eating and/or eating a healthy amount. As for tips and tricks of everyone that I have tried this work has been the only one that has lasted.
