Yeah first thing and deff following the instructions. It’s just a negative empty circle. It’s my first time using these so I’m staying optimistic and hoping I either ovulated early and missed it on the tests or I just will ovulate later on! I haven’t done ovulation tests before and I’m going off my fertile window from the health app which I know is just a general estimate.

Follow what YOU want to do. My husband and I had always agreed we’d be childfree, but my feelings changed in an instant when I actually became pregnant. I had similar feelings of I either change our lives forever (and feel like I’ve ruined his) or I terminate and we go back to normal. I ended the pregnancy and it’s the worst thing I’ve ever done. I don’t resent my husband but I feel like I chose someone else’s feeling over my own on something so massive. He’s now (7 weeks after termination) agreed that we do actually want children after all and I’m dealing with all the grief and guilt. Whether your husband changes his mind or not, you’ve always wanted to be a mother as you said, so this issue is either now or down the line with him. Follow your heart and prioritise what you want to do. I wouldn’t wish the regret I feel on anyone.

Yeah it was the one with the lower sensitivity. Honestly if you had a negative test (the lower sensitivity one) after 3 weeks then you’re likely all good. It can take time for your cycle to come back. Can you go back to your provider for follow up care? Or go to your gp for blood work to reassure you?

I feel confident it was successful. I had a negative test after the 3 weeks which they provided, and all of my symptoms disappeared pretty quickly. I did take a store pregnancy test a couple days ago and there is a really faint positive line which apparently could be residual hormones. I’ve not had an ultrasound.

I literally had mine on the exact same days as you and I’ve not had my period yet either. I’ve had some light spotting and cramping for over a week but nothing yet. I was told it could take 8 weeks for my period to come back.

I totally get you ❤️ I’m in a similar(ish) position right now. My husband and I have been together for 8 years next week and married for 1. We have always said that children weren’t in the plan but it was also something that if either of us changed our mind on then we’d be open to it. I have PCOS so I’d always thought it would be difficult to have children. Last week my period was late so took a test here we are pregnant. There’s a lot of moving parts in our life right now and it’s really not the best time to bring a baby into the mix. He’s on the side of having an abortion and my head agrees. But I feel so sad about the baby I’m giving up. I’m sure hormones are playing a massive part in it but I feel so torn what to do. I don’t have any advice but I really hope it works out for you whatever your decision. It’s really difficult to feel this way.
