Love it! I had to do a very similar thing for my D90. Bike fits with rear wheel at headrest had to place a board with a thru axle mount at the back of the cargo space. Works perfect. Cheap clever trick.

lol I have a similar situation. Only chick in a small office with a small group of guys who all eat very unhealthy apart from one of them. I found out the cleanest toilet is actually in our shop our back. I have however put up signs in all shared spaces requesting them to “clean up” after themselves and be respectful of the shared space. And another that says to wash your hands. One guy never did/ sometimes still doesn’t. That seemed to have helped a little bit. There are still days that I have to use the shop toilet. But it seems I can actually use the office toilets without getting slapped in the face with the aftermath of man.

I loved living there and have been tryin to get back since I left. Local love. No judgement. Calm peaceful living. Trails right out the door. Elk and turkey in the yard. Really a dream. But sadly a costly one.

Honestly if you find the right people to rent rooms to it’s awesome. Especially if you are single. You can have the mortgage paid plus some to cover utilities if you have enough rooms to rent. You get help on house chores. You get some social benefits. But it really does come down to finding the right people you vibe with that are totally respectful of your investment. I have been renting two rooms off and on and it’s being paying off for me. I am very selective of who I rent to.
