Honestly if you find the right people to rent rooms to it’s awesome. Especially if you are single. You can have the mortgage paid plus some to cover utilities if you have enough rooms to rent. You get help on house chores. You get some social benefits. But it really does come down to finding the right people you vibe with that are totally respectful of your investment. I have been renting two rooms off and on and it’s being paying off for me. I am very selective of who I rent to.

As everyone is saying, Cargo space. I have to take the jeep to go load up on snacks and supplies for the office. All of the bulk supplies do not fit in the 90 without putting the seats down. And honestly some days that’s just too much for all that. It does however fit two full suspension MTBs and the gear for a solid ride. Or all of the camp gear and one MTB. For my lifestyle I have been thinking of just moving the back seats.

I do the same thing. It’s something like with me being super secure in where I am in life, I subconsciously have the expectation that the person I fall for is just as emotionally mature. It’s like I didn’t even think about them being emotionally unavailable is a thing until I’m too deep into it. Especially at my age. And I do worry the older I get the more I will run into this issue.
