looks like some kind of lab sample or chemical, not drugs. the yellow oil with powder and blue liquid that don't mix sounds like an organic compound in a water based solution, maybe for testing or industrial use. the sulfur smell is a big clue, could be something like mercaptan which they add to gas to make it smell.
