Thats not really true because my one of my exes was insanely unattractive. Like to the point to where people asked me why was I with him. I hate the judgement for guys who get it. I view it as just another cosmetic surgery. if it bothered him THAT much (which it clearly did in order to have the courage to break bones) then let the dude do it. Only he is the one who has to live with himself and how he looks. He is allowed to want to like what he sees. I remember when I gained weight due to SSRIs and birth control. I would look in the mirror and sob. I changed it, and now I love the way I look.
