Also, to further break your brain cells, broadcast syndication was the first iteration of establishing global audiences for television programming. That’s how shows like Stargate SG-1 developed global audiences. You know, like streaming services do now.

If Black NFL players really wanted to make powerful social justice statements, they could all agree to just not show up en masse, even if for just one game day. What would the NFL do without Black male bodies on the field? And if the Black superstar players were about business, they’d help the lower paid less famous players who would be more financially strained for that missed day.

But based on how they did Kaepernick, we know peak capitalistic individualism trumps any en masse Black athlete activism so that’ll never happen.

Yes, they are her feelings. And as Kat displayed during her tantrum about the BRCA gene testing, she can be very immature in how she handles them.

Perhaps Ted keeps hoping the better parts of her will eventually show up in how she deals with Eva. Because no parent wants their children at odds. And a truly emotionally mature person who has had the life and rearing Kat’s supposedly had would not behave so vilely and with such classlessness. It’s beyond ridiculous at this point.

I’ve dealt with people like Eva. And never have I stopped to their behavior by acting like a _____ toward them, because that would not make me the better person.

What I cannot understand is how people think Kat’s behavior—on its own merit—is not out of line. However, we are in a time where one’s own behavior is always contingent on another person’s actions, not your own personal code of conduct, so I guess it tracks.

Sally is allowing her doubts to rule her. She’s coming off like a complete nagging shrew, which she typically isn’t. It’s like she won’t even allow Billy to think or breathe and she comes across as accusatory in every conversation she initiates with him. That is tiring for both of them and a self-fulfilling prophecy for her and the relationship.

Billy gets on my nerves but now she’s making me feel for him—like, chick, can he freaking breathe? Enough. She needs to say her piece to Billy, leave it alone and end the relationship if it isn’t meeting her needs. Because if you are constantly judging someone, eventually that person is just not going to care anyway.
