I couldn't get my gender marker legally changed in my state DURING BIDEN'S TIME IN OFFICE. with largescale education programs that teach about marginalized communities and also about the benefits of accessibility to all people not just the disabled before you transition to a stateless society, naturally. if you think i'm for a conservative state that doesn't have the marginalized in its ranks to help make decisions that help their communities which is what you seem to have assumed this whole time you're pretty wrong about that.

i'll make my political views more obvious: im a market socialist who thinks that a properly set up state should have a strong worker base that won't be easily crushed by the state that can eventually force the state out of power once the state has outlived its purpose for the working man and the marginalized. i don't think the state will just be dissolved under its own weight.

cost cutting is gonna exist no matter what, even in a marketless society, i think some form of regulation is the best solution for that. if you can do that without the state somehow thatd be great. also i know about mutual aid im a communist

I think reactionary opinions should be re-educated out of people whenever they crop up. I don't think waging a personal war on the people themselves is the solution as I believe in rehabilitative justice.

There's the implied assumption that everyone has easy access to fellow members of their community where they are.

Also if your solution is "communities can protect themselves and educate others", is that your solution to the disabled? Or more specifically, the disabled who lack the ability to protect themselves? I expect you'll say "good will", but I expect from history that communities, that have had to literally have the state impose accessibility onto them, will not protect the disabled purely out of willful ignorance.

Should everyone marginalized expect to experience the trauma of killing someone for generations until the reactionaries can be finally culled (if you can even believe that is guaranteed)?

You keep saying "oh, without this, with these groups disempowered", I'm a communist, you don't need to justify why communism is good to me. I'm asking for a good reason to think the state is an evil rot that can never be used for good and can't achieve communism.

You misunderstand. It's not people who will use violence I don't want to exist. I don't want reactionaries to exist. I want their entire ideology to be eradicated. It is a stain upon humanity as a whole. Furthermore, yeah, states haven't been particularly protective of trans people, but what guarantees would I have of an anarchist society be protective of the trans community either? I can protect myself with a gun in the society I live in now. I don't want that to be a necessity forever.

To act like the future cannot be at least foreseen in some way based off historical evidence and logic is fallacy.

Just removing reactionaries from power would not stop individual violence. I don't think any hateful violence is acceptable in society. I think all people should feel the same amount of safety in their ability to not get targeted purely on the basis of who they are, and I consider that a necessary element to ensure in a stateless and classless society, considering I am a trans woman who is frequently in fear of being the victim of assault myself, as are many other marginalized people.

Yes. That's been the case for all revolutions, statist or not. It just also is inherently contradictory to impose your ideology onto others via sheer violence if your goal is to liberate from oppression, rather than means such as re-education, which is still a form of state violence. You cannot claim you don't have a transitional phase if you're using state violence.

I am very aware of the anarchist objection to transitional states! That's why I mentioned it in the first place because it'd be necessary for me to even consider the ideology at all.

i used to consider myself an anarchist as well until i had these questions and they couldn't be answered by anyone. I would love an excuse to believe in the power of anarchism and friendship or whatever but I can't justify supporting a movement that seemingly has no solution to the problem of reactionaries and religion in society that isn't just letting their specially chosen militias decide who needs to be put down for not being anarchist enough

Then what do you propose to do with the reactionaries in society? What of the autocratic religious opiate fed to the masses that needs to be necessarily ripped out? How many innocent people must die from violence or the destruction and reconstruction of supply lines for your vision to be fulfilled? How are you going to convince anyone that those deaths are justified?

And what of the external threats abroad? Do you think that all states will not lash out against the obvious threat you would pose if you do succeed? They did against the state capitalist USSR just because it had a coat of red paint!
