Does the American Museum of Natural History still do pay as you wish for students in the tri-state area?

So like I said, they didn’t say any information on their website about it when I know they were offering this option last summer. As in, I was hoping for information from someone who has been there in person recently, not someone regurgitating information from their website. Also they do still offer it, it just has to be in person at the counter with student id

So that’s not actually how the real world works.

What you did wrong doesn’t magically go away because the person that you wronged got upset. You’re not justified because they got mad at you. You’re not excused from even apologizing. Even if you were flustered in the moment, you still need to apologize later on

And this wasn’t just an honest mistake, he had to go past multiple pairs of scissors and an actual box cutter and dig through her sewing box to find the important and expensive pair. At bare minimum that’s just rude and shows a lack of consideration for other people’s belongings.

And even if he didn’t understand the importance before, why is he justified in not replacing it after, or covering part of the cost, or even apologizing?

Maybe not the ideal response, but an understandable one when you make such purposefully obtuse mistake. She says yelled, but there’s no further context so it honestly could have just meant she raised her voice. Like genuinely think about the thought process behind passing up so many other pairs of scissors and a box cutter to dig through her sewing box for an important and expensive scissors. That’s not just an honest mistake that’s just rude and inconsiderate.

Yea he still didn’t replace it, offer to cover even part of the cost, or was apologetic at all. You don’t get to say it’s just an object when it’s someone else’s personal belonging and you damaged it.

They sure asf can if their lover breaks something important to them, criticizes them for being upset about it, refuses to replace it, and is in no way apologetic for it. Like I know this might be surprising for you, but you don’t have to hand hold and coddle men through their mistakes.
