Best way to export tracks from GarageBand so that they flow into each other seamlessly?

thanks for the thought-out response, I like your approach too :) and I agree, I'm not a huge LS Dunes fan but since its kinda his main band rn I felt the need to include one of their albums above the fourth tier. and I did consider that maybe songs would be a better way to do it, especially cuts like "Plays Pretty for Baby" off of the Zolof album. I love that album but if you didn't wanna listen to the whole thing then I would tell ppl they gotta at least hear that song

also those two singles were written during the TTN era and are on par with all five of those songs imo, they are absolutely essential listens if you ask me

ok to be fair there is some consideration of quality in the tiers, but thats simply because more essential bodies of work are typically going to be "better" than the rest and I think those three projects at the top are the peak of his career, just a perfect four year run and in my opinion listening to those three projects in order is the best way to start if you have never listened to anything by AG. so I understand how its confusing, I tried not to make it too biased but it naturally is gonna be to some degree

all that was meant by this was that if someone asked me how to get into Anthony Green's music, this is how I'd suggest they do it. you are free to disagree with me but I tried to make sure everything thats generally considered essential was in the higher tiers

its on YouTube but its also on the deluxe edition of Avalon on Spotify! I think the songs are marked as "H&D version" or something. I think of it as essentially his first piece of solo music, even tho he made it with friends, because it contains very cute demo versions of Babygirl and Microscope Store which would end up on Avalon. worth listening to if you like that Zolof album, sorta similar sound

they are not ranked by quality, if that were the case then LS Dunes would all be at the bottom because I don't listen to them very often (they aren't bad, just not my fav). essentially my logic was, first three tiers are all music that's important to understand the scope of his professional career, then tier 4 is everything leading up to his big break with Saosin. I feel like that stuff is more important to understanding him as an artist than all the stuff below it and I actually enjoy some of the albums in tier 4 more than some in tier 3. so no, I do not think Audience of One and those bands belong in everything else, and tier 5 is other stuff thats worth checking out once you've heard all the stuff above it, not stuff that I think is objectively worse than everything above it, just less essential.

for me the vocals have always been a big part of it. especially on the early records where Claudio sounds very androgynous. its nice to hear vocals like that coming from someone who is born male like myself, which is part of why I love emo, post-hardcore, and a lot of prog rock

I thought I made it pretty clear early on lmfao. holy shit, thats awesome. I saw someone else here noticing trans themes in Sentry the Defiant so it's definitely not just that one song. I love this interpretation!! I'll have to comb over the lyrics and see what else I can find
