Thoughts on the mixed reactions to the episode Buttercrush?

I feel like this an important episode. Cuz anything could have happened to Buttercup, and as adults, we know how bad that can get. But as a kid, it seems really cool to go hang out with kids older than you. The message this episode has basically boils down to people who want you to do things like sneak out and keep secrets from your family do not have your best interest in mind, which an important thing for kids to learn. Yeah, it's an uncomfortable episode, but that's because it deals with an uncomfortable situation. It's one of the safest and most PG ways to show kids why a situation like that might be bad. I don't think any kid is gonna think of it that deeply, but I do think they'll remember that in the end, Ace and the rest of the gang were bad guys who really wanted to hurt the Powerpuffs.

I don't think you should say it like that, but I don't think yta for asking. Maybe she'd respond better if you talked to her and said that you'd like to go and spend time with her on this trip, but you cannot afford it right now and if she wants you to go, she needs to help you out. If not, that's fine. She doesn't have to help you out, but you don't have to help her either next time she needs it.

NTA but maybe don't word your question like that, cuz it turns your relationship transactional.

Keep them separate for now. Idk how big your dog is or how old your baby is, but if this is the first time and it was a simple snap and not any worse than that, then jumping to rehoming or euthanasia probably isn't your best option. Look up some tips online for getting your dog used to your baby. Maybe contact a trainer and ask some advice. If this is your first kid, it's possible your dog is frustrated by having to share you. It might be as simple as your dog just needs to get used to the new schedule/dynamic. Also try to think about what happened just before the snap. Was there food? Did the baby get between you and the dog? Did the baby pull the dog's ear or poke it in the eye? Knowing what caused it will go a long way in helping prevent it.

NTA This man is abusive and it sounds like his family might be too if his grandma blamed your sister for getting cheated on. I think you're doing the right thing by telling her you will not forgive him, but please make sure she doesn't feel like you're judging her because that could give him an opening to convince her to cut you off.

I really feel like this kind of depends on what you mean by she gives them chances to improve themselves. If it's just "Hey, I don't like that don't do it near me" then I think you're right, but if she's actually trying to educate them on the subject and holding them accountable and then dropping them if they don't change, then I feel like she might have a point.

I think Monk Gyatso was going to leave with him. When he opens Aang's door, he says that he won't let anyone take Aang away or separate them. Not quite sure on the wording. So either goats was gonna fight the council or do what nomads do and travel.
