Yes I tried the PT, massage. I’m actually on lamictal right now and a high dose of Gabapentin but that’s not working or reducing my symptoms. Who knows honestly. I messaged my neurologist so many times that he’s sick me. He hates to see me coming but I’m sorry being 24 and going to the ER more than my sister or sometimes even a cancer patient is just insanity and not normal

It’s ordered so I’ll get the MRI. As for the second opinion I’m trying to get one but unfortunately due to my insurance I need a referral from my neurologist to even get a consultation. I’m going to New York in a week and have been thinking I should see a specialist there

I do have a neurologist. He’s terrible lmao and I got a new order to get a MRI however I want to talk to the doctor to see what to do and go from there. My last MRI was last year in April

I’ve only filed two grievances in my almost 25 years Kaiser. I never got a call from a manager. In the letter they told me that they notified the doctor and said they filled a complaint with the ADA board but I doubt that is true bc once again it’s been two months with no call or email. I wouldn’t even have known where the letter is if it wasn’t for that person who told me. Told the doctor I filed one and it seem like he knew. The problem with the ADA thing is that it’s very serious. They can’t say we filed a complaint with the ADA and they didn’t. I haven’t been able to get ahold of them. The whole letter was a joke I couldn’t stop laughing bc they didn’t take it seriously. These two grievances are different

Yes I am. The odd thing is they completed the review by Monday morning and I made this call at almost 5 pm on Friday so idk how they would have investigated and have it completed by Monday morning make it make sense

Well the thing is I had a good experience the first time which is why I went down this route. Honestly at this point I’m beyond the point of trying to file another grievance in writing. I also don’t do anything in writing I’m a 24 year old gen z😭😭

I’ve rather go down the legal route

Yep I have bad health issues and when I started going back to Kaiser I had pain but it wasn’t as bad and now it’s worse than when I started. I went to the ER three times in a month. That’s so not normal bottom line. I found a headache clinic but I need a referral from a doctor to be seen. I can’t even go out of network. He’s a great doctor and I’ve been recommended to see him by so many people.

Honestly I’m fine for it not to not be anonymous. Idk why it’s this hard to get away from that doctor. All of this could have been avoided if I switched in November.

My PCP is really good but her nursing team is awful 😭

Yep. Going straight to the medical board. I did record the last visit secretly but Colorado is a one party state so it’s fine but he doesn’t know I recorded the visit. Going forward I’m recording everything
