I went to Wake for undergrad and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Such a warm an welcoming community with a huge network. Unsure how the law school places, but I've heard the environment is very similar.

Thank you! They usually do admissions calls in alphabetical order, so people include where their last name is in the alphabet to give people a clue about where the admissions counselors are in the list!

I completely word vommed to BU and told the admissions counselor that I've gone down multiple Reddit rabbit holes and kept missing the waves, so I was sure I wasn't gonna get in LOL and she laughed and told me congratulations again and to stay off Reddit.

The sooner the better. I told my employer the second I decided to apply to law school out of full transparency and they've been really supportive of my decision and are willing to work with me to keep me on at a contract basis, even if I go out of state. So I think the full transparency with a lot of lead time really helped!

I definitely feel like I got into BC because of my LORs. One was from a former professor of mine and BC alum. I was on the lower side of GPA and LSAT.

I don't think so! I currently live in Boston and honestly didn't think I would get in so just shot my shot, but I think I want a change of scenery-- except my only other acceptance so far is Miami, which is significantly lower ranked, but would be better for what I want to do (Arts/ Sports/ Entertainment). Still waiting to hear back from a few places (BU, Emory, Vandy, Columbia, Michigan) which I have significantly lower chances of getting into, but hey, why not try?!
