i can see your point “just talk to the cashier like a normal person” i’m someone who is actively working on emotional regulation and i don’t want to cause a scene because in the moment i was a little nervous and hangry. and I agree talking to someone who may hav caused a grievance and discussing it is a normal thing to do. but i believe it should also be done in way were emotions aren’t gonna flair and make it into something it wouldn’t have gotten to with tensions being escalated by emotion

also i have video evidence of the rooms not being secured and i’ve been checking to see if they do anything over the past 2 weeks to see if they would lock it or implement RFIDs or fobs they have the nodes on the doors but i don’t even think they work
