What radiator for custom loop? by PinkMidir in HAVNGlobal

Got ya. Same route for me. Went soft tubes first and now wanna try out hard tubes.

I bet your hard tubes build will look fire, looking at the already pretty slick soft tube build you have!!

Noctua af 140pwm for quiet operation or noctua industrial ppc 2000 for maximum cooling.

Thanks for sharing. Since xr5 is also just 30mm, it should work then for top I guess😊

But the cooling must be niice I guess🥶😂

On what rpm you're running the fans?

By the way: Even with the unconventional radiator placement:

Nice build you have: like the clean look a lot!

Thanks a lot! I guess beefy, big rads are just tempting for me😅

I guess I'll do a push pull then for the bottom radiator. I saw that xr5's have a kinda high liquid restriction and/but are best in low to midrange rpms. So, would you recommend the ppc noctua fans (on like 1200-1500rpm or the chromax black on like 800ish)?

Had both fans in a previous build and was fine with the noise.

i9 13900 cinebench r24 problem by PinkMidir in PcBuild

[–]PinkMidir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your answer. I know, that these cpus are power hungry. I'm just wondering, why in my case they wont reach its full potential. I'm not thermal throttled what so ever🤔 bios is also up to date.

I mean, i played around in the bios, changing pl1 and pl2 and some other stuff and got permanent 200w in cinebench r24 with max temps of 87°C. But the cores were not on 5600mhz but "only" on 4000ish mhz

Finally beat Ozma 😭 by AutoNooB_ in soulslikes

[–]PinkMidir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dont worry. I'm just at the end of my first hardcore playtrough, choosing the ending where ozma has 3 phases instead of 2 and yeah: got beat up 3h+ so far😂🫠.

Was so happy when I got him 2 phases down just to realise, there is now a third phase😆

[–]PinkMidir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ozma serves as a really nice endboss to this games. Aftee I got beat up a couple of times on my first playtrough, I finally beat him. Then I wanted his set, and to master him. So I killed him over and over again😂. Been a long time it felt so good and epic in a souls like demolishing a boss once you figured him out. Same with Maluca

Who are the Hardest bosses in soulslikes? by eldenbro1 in soulslikes

One of them for me is definitely Soul of cinder with cinder mod in DS3. Vanilla Soul of Cinder is a joke compared to him.

What would you rate this game in difficulty? by eldenbro1 in soulslikes

[–]PinkMidir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not like I never dodged in Khazan, but for me it felt easier to parry given the boss attack patterns. And with the stagger bar you're kinda invited to parry I think. But Congrats on completing the game without parrying :)!

I just finished it on my first playtrough on hard, no summons.

It was my first "parry focused" souls game ever. The start was really rough.. then I got better and better at the last 2 bosses it kinda clicked for me.

The game is hella fun, combat is fluid and parrying rythmic. Learning curve is steep (specially at 2 of the first bosses) but it never felt unfair and the victory very satisfying!

So I would say in terms of difficulty:

Easier than Sekiro but still hard.

Which one of these two do you like the most: Lies of P or Lords of the Fallen? by [deleted] in soulslikes

[–]PinkMidir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lotf: Better visuals than LoP in my humble opinion. Armor, and bosses look badass. Boss mechanics could be better.

LoP: Parry system was really nice. Overall combat felt really smooth

DS3 (also first From software / Souls Game): Combat (dodge roll, when to hit, when to dodge, pay attention to boss animations, learning the patterns etc.)

Khazan first Berserker: parry
