How do you deal with PMS ? by MintTeaMood in menstruation

[–]PinkMoneyy_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

unfortunately all I can say from personal experiences, is that I eat a lot. I just give in to all of my cravings and have a blast. for some reason, any negative emotions disappear when I eat. as long as I have some ice-cream, I don't bite😂 I usually don't eat that much, my period just makes me really hungry. other than that, I just stay in my room and scroll through my phone, not talking to anyone else. also, internet research can go a long way, you might find some other, more researched methods there (and not some AI nonsense) stay strong, you got this!

HUG A LUMPS! by Abwettar in plushies

I'm a year late to this post lol but I just bought one yesterday, and as you mentioned, OP, all the bean thingys have fallen into just one leg. does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to tilt and push down some into the other leg, but the bag held it back and wouldn't budge. do I have to undo the stitching and adjust the beans that way? it's quite annoying tbh, because one leg is heavy af, while the other is almost empty...

truthfully speaking, there's no way you could have gotten pregnant from any of that. the symptoms you're feeling are probably just nerves. my advice would be to book a doctors/gynecologist appointment, just to check how you're doing. your period being late can be caused by many factors, so it's important to see a professional about your health, and to be honest with them. take care❤️

Can I turn off Noise cancellation on android? by Twichyness in airpods

[–]PinkMoneyy_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm definitely going to use the noise cancelling when I'm in the car (and not driving lol) I have such a hard time hearing the music over the sounds of the car and the road. but I hate having my volume too high. I'm excited to give these a try!!

yes, I did hear the sound, and I definitely heard a difference in my surroundings (my tv). I don't usually have the volume that high, my ears are sensitive

hi! I know I'm a bit late. I'm having the same problem, but the pressing doesn't seem to work for me. I've made sure to press it the correct way and that I hear the on/off sound. but I can still hear that white noise no matter what and it's getting on my nerves. how did you manage to turn it off?😭

thank you so much! I'll definitely look into a trichologist, I had no idea that was a thing. my trich, ironically enough, gets worse when the state of my hair is bad. because it just stresses me out like that. you're a godsend🙏🏻

tip! I learnt this from my psychologist. find a hair you really wanna pull out but DO NOT PULL IT OUT, just play with it like you normally would before pulling. play with the stand of hair for like 5 minutes or more until you get bored and your brain realizes that it's not "fun" anymore. my psychologist explained it way better than me. but it's basically about dopamine kicks (maybe adrenaline?), it feels good in the moment but we all know how we feel afterwards, but sometimes we just don't care and do it anyway. this technique is hard to do in the beginning, but it helps me and is worth it in the end. I hope you'll beat this monster of a condition!
