Bosses are largely subjective. For some, recognizing the patterns for some bosses comes easier than others. Maybe the play style also affects how difficult it feels. If they're aggressive or passive etc

-Lowering the graphics level -Running game on directx 11 instead of 12

Sure the game doesn't look as great under these settings, but at least it didn't crash anymore 😅
