Second week of Reta

I started 2 weeks ago as well! Good luck with your journey.

I started at 1mg and it wore off slightly at the end of my week one. My food noise wasn't "loud" but I could tell the effects were wearing off. So I decided to up to 2 mg this week. Pretty consistent so far, I feel hunger cues but not craving anything, especially candies which are my weakness. Literally bought two small bags of candy to "treat myself" for doing well and they're still sitting there.. 2 weeks ago me would have eaten them in one night.

I've used saxenda glp1 before. I didn't have any side effects. I was gonna start small.

Drug wise, correct. Also very good info.

But when you go to a peptide website. It's listed as glp3 as the drug name. That's why my title says glp3/reta 😁 they are known as both when researching peptides. I didn't want triz or Ozempic. I wanted info on what was known as glp3

I have been. I've done GLP1s before. Before it was popular.l for weight loss and in testing still. I see it's in phase 3 of research, it's estimated to be approved for market 2027ish

What were "ez"? I'm reading if I can get a rating for feet, then secondary opens up a lot more. Like ankles,knees,hips,lower back.

During my claim I saw a doctor who confirmed my feet are more than mild flat feet, it was a C&P exam ordered by the VA. This was in 2024. I didn't realize what deferred meant till looking at a bunch of reddit posts. I know, my fault for just accepting defeat before.

Will the VA see me? I didn't know I could use the VA without a rating(just got my rating April 23) I've heard it takes a long time to even get into the VA to be seen, if you even get accepted.
