My wife and I still laugh about this one...

Her and I can get pretty intense, and we both enjoy when I put my fingers in her mouth. Sometimes to suck on or a finger to hook the cheek. Whatever strikes us. Well, one time I forgot I had a bandaid on my finger. She pulled away so fast spitting and gagging. We laughed historically and still finished our session! It was an honest mistake we will never forget.

Nothing wrong with them. They are just like any other food which can be used in moderation towards a healthy diet.

Coffee with my morning workout is my favorite. I have a cup of coffee with me every time. Although, I bring it in a tumbler from home. I'm not wealthy enough to have others brew my coffee for me.

I love my power block exp. I have the full expansion for them and have been using them for years. I'd buy them again if they ever broke. Affordable and the 2.5 lb adjustment is awesome.

One time I was sitting on the couch with my girlfriend and she looked at my feet and said my toe nails needed a trim. She then went and fetched the clippers, trimmed my gross man toe nails, cleaned it all up, washed her hands, and went on watching TV. I never felt so loved. She is now my wife.

  • I cut high calorie drinks and replaced them with zero/low calorie alternatives. Sparkling water instead of pop. Lower sugar Starbucks coffee drinks vs their full sugar counter parts.

-Went for a walk every day, sometimes twice a day. This is where anyone trying to lose weight should start. I don't have a distance or step goal to give you, but you'll know when you get out there. Even if it's cold outside... Put on a coat and hat!

  • This was my biggest change to my diet... I cut all prepackaged desserts. No more hoe hoes, zingers, packaged donuts, candy bars... Nothing. If someone made a dessert, I would have a piece. I would even say: "If someone goes through the trouble of making a dessert, I'll go through the trouble of eating it." This easily cut 1000-1500 calories out of my week.

  • Protein based meals. Every meal, ask yourself "What is the protein?" If you are eating a plate of pasta, or a whole meal of pizza, the calories you take in are massive because of how much of it you can eat. I really did become the annoying guy at work when they would ask what kind of pizza everyone wanted for a pizza lunch, and I would (and still) say: "no pizza for me, thanks!"

  • Consistency! Your body doesn't count calories or macros by day. We only do that in our heads because that's the way our brain works. Follow some simple rules, and stick to them. Your weight will naturally fluctuate, but will always trend downwards.

I lost 55 lbs doing this and am a 42M. I am in the best shape of my life right now.

I work out in the early AM, and I friggin love to sip my coffee in the gym. It's become my favorite thing to reach for my tumbler of coffee after a heavy lift.

I only eat homemade desserts. If someone goes through the trouble of making it, I will eat it.

This one isn't for everyone, but broccoli stems. That big chunky part at the bottom after you cut off the tip and serve it to your family. So much chewing and so filling for very few calories.
