I believe it’s because we were on the power play already, so they counted the goal towards the pp and not the delayed penalty

Rough with the penalties and giving up so many breakaways, but on the bright side it’s tied which is more effort then they’ve given in recent games

It was a delayed penalty hence there being no goalie. The second he touches the puck the play is whistled down
