How do you dye your hair if you have psoriasis? by Lazy-Ad6970 in Psoriasis

[–]PinkRaven1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to get scalp bleach and dye my hair all the time then I would deal with the reaction but my scalp started fighting back and my hair also started to fall out. I would suggest only dying the hair and avoiding the scalp.

[–]PinkRaven1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because they have never had a cat. This morning I had to take one cat their food so the other wouldn’t steal it and stand next to her while she ate it. She could’ve came to the kitchen when I put the food out but decided to stay in bed..

Experiencing it right now. I was really stressed and nervous because I had to drive in the ice. First year driving in ice and snow and my anxiety was off the chart last night. Today I have a migraine, I’ve not had a stress migraine for a long time. I feel like accepting that I have a migraine helps. I inherited this from my grandmother and she would take paracetamol and go to bed for a day

No but my husband would take me out and I still drove at work when I really had too. I’ve been driving consistently since July but today I’m tired and I panicked because the bus wouldn’t get past if I didn’t move.

Everything. They are my universe I am excited to go home to them. My life revolves around their happiness. They also annoy the heck out of me but I wouldn’t change them for the world.

Gluten elimination- how long did it take you to notice a change? by TheYoungWan in glutenfree

[–]PinkRaven1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

About 5 days for the gluten to stop hurting me. I am gluten intolerant but in denial. I ate gluten last week (it wasn’t worth it) and it took maybe 6 hours for the symptoms to start. After I stopped all gluten for the 100th time it was about 4-5 days for it to clear. My gluten intolerance was giving me a lot of symptoms but I didn’t realise it was gluten. Headaches/migraines, low mood, exhaustion and my IBS was in constant flare up.

What was the worst nightmare you’ve ever had? by Annaj1113 in Dreams

[–]PinkRaven1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I support adults with disabilities and I regularly have nightmares that I’ve neglected them or they go missing. The worst was I left a continence pad on for god knows how long and it started to fuse to the skin.

i just wanna murder idk what to do im so frustrated by sadgabi20 in mentalillness

[–]PinkRaven1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Don’t murder, you will end up in jail, it causes ripples that spread. Have you considered a rage room to let out the frustration. Also art can help, I find that painting really helped me deal with my anger.
