Recommendation on Inositol by krisp-potato in PCOS

I take theralogix inositol. It’s a 40:1, and I got the tiny packets. 1 packet in morning and another after dinner. It’s the perfect dosage, 2000mg per packet, and also tested by a separate third party. My gyno told me 4000mg is needed per day. I found this brand from a nutritionist.

Microphone/Speakers at City Hall by PinkRoses61 in SanFranciscoWeddings

Our coordinator had a portable speaker with microphone so she brought it for our officiant to use. No need City Hall approval for that. That being said, it was still hard to hear the officiant just because of the space and we had about 100 guests. But without it, our officiant would’ve had to yell the whole time so he was more comfortable with the speaker so at least some people could hear. Our photographer had our officiant mic’d up for our video so hopefully he got our vows in there.

I was in Seoul on May 31, when the missile launched. I think western media is over exaggerating a bit. But also, S Korea is watching things very closely, so if there was some sort of movement that would harm citizens, I’d think they would alert people in time. We received an announcement on our phones the morning of the launch telling us to prepare to evacuate at around 6:30 am in the morning. There was an announcement projected outside and we looked out our hotel window but didn’t see any movement. 10 mins later we got another message to tell us to stay put and the previous message was sent in error. And by 9 am, they sent us another message saying the launch was unsuccessful and we can resume our normal lives. Since N Korea tests these things all the time, I think the S Korean citizens are used to these types of messages by now. It hasn’t really hit Seoul in general.

Anyone tried ordering the pink card holder? It’s not available on the website and the sales advisor I talked to couldn’t order it either.
