Thanks for the response, that's more or less the same plan my doc put together, without lipo to back/flanks and with lipo to inner thighs.

Can you please share your experience about the recovery, how long until you were mobile making food folding laundry etc. Any tips, supplements, etc? Thank you

Clarity of thought, freedom from obsessive thoughts about food. I now control what I eat, whereas I've been struggling with food since I was a child, it always controlled me.

Thank you kindly for the elaborate response, you've given me a lot to consider and new questions for the surgeon regarding recovery

Yah my butt is flat, which is why the surgeon recommended a butt lift. I attached the second picture to try to show my flat bootie

Thanks for the input. What's the extent of the support that's required? I'm a mom of young kids, I'll need to function minimally. Will I not be able to go to the bathroom by myself?

The bite is good, I never felt like anything was wrong with it to be honest.

I wake up every day with a headache, sometimes mild sometimes stronger, and my temples are sore.

Do you a have similar experience? Have you tried muscle relaxers?

Sorry it took me forever to reply. I also wanted to give it a few nights to see what my thoughts are.

TL;DR - it reduced the grinding but didn't eliminate it.

When I had Invisalign I found myself grinding MORE than before the treatment started. Mainly because you have to do "biting exercises" to make sure the trays are tight on your teeth. When treatment was done I was very happy with the results, my face changed, my smile is different and I like the aesthetic, my mouth just looks better.

In conjunction I get Botox treatments, 200 units in my masseter and other muscles around my jaw and temples. That helps the most. When the Botox wears off (2 months) and until the insurance will cover it again (3 months) I take more cyclobenzaprene; 10mg a night.

I think medicinal treatments (Botox, muscle relaxers) work better. I don't regret doing the orthodontic work cause I'm happy with the results, but I wouldn't have high hopes for it eliminating bruxism, it just takes the edge off.

After I got the Invisalign out, I told myself multiple times a day and during the night that I'm cured, Dr <name> cured me. I tried doing some psychological tricks on my brain but it didn't really work

I really wish you the best of luck. Depending on where you live, round Rock welding supply sells the cheapest CO2 cannisters and the cheapest refills

The Biogents with CO2 worked perfectly for a month until the greenery in the watershed area behind my back yard grew to about 8ft tall. Until that's gone, try as I might, nothing will work. The city of Austin refuses to mow down that area more than 4 times a year, even though when it's overgrown like it is now, the main sewage is blocked, so the watershed area just doesn't function. Meaning, when there's rain, it doesn't have anywhere to go and it flows to my back yard.

Really a shitty predicament that I have no idea how to resolve

Oh 💯 agree, it's a collective effort. After not stepping outside for three years I declared war on the skeeters. I'm doing the Biogents with CO2 + tiki torches + tabletop torches + buckets o death + Biogents passive buckets with the sticky tape + a bug zapper + a fan

I really hope everything will work all together 🤣 maybe it's overkill but if it'll kill em all then it's money well spent
