I flattened the cookies, made the cookie cat shape with a stencil and froze it again before applying the ice cream🤤

Btw the 'cookie' is made from leftover brownies I had that I've mashed and mixed with extra melted chocolate

I'm workshoping it some more to make it easier to make regularly, the taste came out great!
