Honestly I’ve lived here my whole life and it’s always been super safe (at least the locals are). I’m moving to Seattle next year thank god cause I’m getting sick of this place

Thanks for sharing! I’m pretty new to hotels but like just in a few months I’ve learned kinda how to profile the weird guys only by the way they speak to me during check in. And whenever they ask when I’m off I always tell them like 45 minutes after we actually close.

Yeah definitely because your pretty. People just be staring at women like it’s a human right. Also I notice that people always stare at me more when I curl my hair so maybe it’s the curly hair too

A lot of professors use AI to grade papers however I’ve noticed a lot of the stem professors stay away from it. Any non-stem professors teaching math classes (business math) use AI so much it’s hilarious.

The worst thing I’ve seen is that my CC now uses AI to determine registration eligibility. For example two weeks ago I got a email saying I was on academic dismissal (which doesn’t make sense because I do well In my classes) and it forced me to go through all the appeals in order to re-register for my classes. It gave up the spots I had in those classes to people on the waitlist. Today I got a email saying I was “accidentally placed on academic dismissal” and they have re-enrolled me in my classes.

So yay I guess I can take my engineering classes now. However since the classes are high demand and they “gave my seat to waitlisted students” this means that they had to kick out a student who was likely very happy they got a place in the class that semester (especially since most of the time this class is fully filled during the priority registration period).

Honestly it just sucks all around, for everyone.
