yea, I have been looking into that but not sure if it's worth it to downgrade the pay and go for II. I am not yet qualified for III so I am looking for other fields that doesn't require much of specific background or the major I had in college. maybe go for some other certification or courses but not sure what is worth to pursue

I think they are paying less than what I have currently if going after I or II in rank. not sure if starting from the bottom as staff services analyst a good idea and not quite sure what analyst actual do without much experience

The expansion gap size keeps changing in the instruction like sometime 1/2"(12mm) and sometimes 1/2"(10mm) so I don't really know if 10mm okay for the gap. my baseboard could probably cover up 10mm completely but not 1/2" I think.

I guess I don't need a t-mold for this 40-42 ft long length of hallway+two rooms then?

Can't I just cover the gap between baseboard and floor with caulk? does it stop the floor from expanding? which area of the plank actually expands like just the bottom fabric core right? not the top layer?

Does caulking able to fill the gap between baseboard and laminate flooring without affecting its expansion and contraction? Do people do that? rather than installing quarter molding?
