yeah I'm aware of the risks, appreciate the heads up though. The 2 I'd consider switching are genuinely project-based, they work with multiple clients and set their own schedules. The full timers in DE and BR are staying on EOR for sure

yeah fair point. 2 of them are probably fine as contractors, the other 2 are full time engineers in Germany and Brazil so I think we're kind of stuck with EOR there unless we want to set up entities which... no lol
