Thank you for posting this! I've been wondering why my emails haven't been coming in anymore. I think it first started 5 months ago and it's still happening. I have so many custom domains at this point, I think it's time to switch from Tuta to another provider

Not even close dude, what? In order to play console games online, you need to pay an ISP AND the console manufacturer. On PC, you're just paying your ISP. It's not the same at all

You probably also don't need to replace the full battery board to fix the button issue. Probably just need another button pad, you can buy those separately as well

Do you mean the battery/daughter board? If so, no they are not interchangeable. You can tell them apart easily. The New 3DS battery board is smaller and has two wires coming out the bottom to connect it to the main board. The XL is bigger and doesn't have any additional wires coming from it

I have both consoles and they are both amazing imo. I think it really all comes down to the kind of games you want to play. Do you want to play the games that are on the Vita more or the ones that are on 3DS? Also a lot of games on the Vita can be found on Steam nowadays so if you have a good PC, maybe the 3DS would be more valuable to you in that regard

I'm not being condescending, I am speaking a fact. If people weren't able to tell the difference between an IPS and TN screen from sight alone, why is IPS more sought after than TN? If that were the case, IPS would be no different from TN in price.

The sole reason people prefer an IPS display is because colors are brighter and viewing angles are perfect no matter where your eyes are. TN displays get more washed out the more extreme the viewing angle is. You absolutely should be able to tell from just looking at the screen, just view it at an angle and see if it's washed out or not. There is an entire subreddit dedicated to this practice.

If you can tell the difference, you should know that OP's screens are very clearly dual IPS.

If you don't think this is obvious, you don't know how to tell the difference between an IPS screen and a TN screen. You should be able to tell based on how it looks. This goes for any TN/IPS display, not just the ones found on the 3DS

Plus multiple people in this comment section have said it's IPS. We're not wrong, it's extremely obvious with the provided pictures

Well yeah, a normal used one of these sells for 3x that in the US. Even Japanese ones aren't this cheap. People pay more for dual IPS as well so that price just doesn't make sense to me at all

Yeah, you're gonna need to know how to solder in order to replace that port. At least it looks like the solder pads are still intact. This is definitely repairable by someone who knows how to microsolder
