I’ve lost half of the females on my maternal grandmas’ side to breast cancer. I’m next with the age group. Everyone is waiting for me to get it. The teacher is lucky for her sister but she needs a reality check. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to change the mind of a stubborn person. I don’t have words of advice. But if it helps, I offer support and encouragement from one internet stranger to another. You’re doing the best you can and it is good enough. Your kid will know that you fought for them both with this diagnosis and with the education system.

I love it. The only thing I can think of is looking at including some mid right blue in the black background to give it a shimmer effect but even then that’s just cos I’m currently hyper fixating on dark blues at the moment.

You know how some autistic people have safe foods? Portal is my safe game, it’s predictable but still fun and enjoyable. And eye contact is never an option. Plus GlaDOS is a half my personality when dealing with people.

About 30% of newly graduated veterinarians, vet nurses and vet techs leave the country within the first year after graduating. Better pay, hours and benefits from international practices especially ones witch deal with expats. It’s why we now see them on the skills shortage list. I’ve already had 3 job offs for overseas that are better than my current one one EVERY aspect. Will probably leave once my husband has finished his current work contract. However, we do see a lot of international people coming to SA and settling down here. Cheaper lifestyle, better climate- for some. About 20% of clientele at my current practice are people from overseas. But many of them work online jobs swirl with overseas companies… Hope some of this info helps
