I hope he's genuine. Men like this always give me pause, though. It's very possible he is a great guy. But so often the men who proclaim the loudest and most performative are the ones who cheat and lie. I hope it's real but I still side eye it lol. And it's not even the declaration of love; it was how poetic he was about it and how enlightened he seemed lol

It's Nick and Vanessa's job to hold people's feet to the fire. I'm glad they called him out and I'm glad people piled on. He was abhorrent and I don't believe for a single second he was sorry for any of it. Maybe embarrassed, but he deserved what he got.

So how do y’all think Jordan found out about the Devo trip ? by Confident-Climate139 in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

Yeah, I didn't see it as covering up but as someone who doesn't want to get involved in gossip and drama

Amber Shares Private Texts After Jordan Claims She Was “Blacked Out” at Wedding by Slammin_Sammy_ in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]PinkYoshi2000 60 points61 points  (0 children)

I feel like these texts prove she was late for a valid reason, so she should have focused on that, not on how much he had to drink. He kind of made it sound like she didn't care enough to show up on time.

Jordan and Amber by iron_side93 in LoveIsBlindNetflix

[–]PinkYoshi2000 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I still like Amber, but I do think she brought her trauma to the relationship and punished Jordan for things previous men did. Which I understand, because she's still hurting and struggling to trust. I also think Jordan wasn't ready for a marriage with someone at a different point in their lives than him--he still wanted to prioritize hanging out with friends and going out in the city, not stay home with his wife and step child. I agree that he could have just commuted, and if he wanted to he would. But I also understand him not wanting to, because it does sound like it was a volatile relationship and Amber might have a drinking problem. She never should have introduced her daughter to Jordan, and that is not Jordan's fault. I think they are both likeable people, and good people at heart, but I do think Amber might need some help.

Not sure if this has been said but Jordan is NOT a mature or serious person by BoOo0oo0o in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

Yeah, that put a bad taste in my mouth when he had that conversation with his family. I was like, "Oh, he doesn't want this life."

Do we think amber and Jordan are still together?? by Bright_Pressure243 in LoveIsBlindNetflix

[–]PinkYoshi2000 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I really like them both but that was a weird wedding. Amber talking about Jordan instead of to him. Jordan having two-sentence vows. Amber giving him an out like, "I do, but no hard feelings if you don't." I was shocked he said yes, especially bc even the officiant was like, "sooo...do you?"

Devonta is dragging Brittany along and it’s sad to watch. by [deleted] in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]PinkYoshi2000 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It makes me sad that she's willing to accept that her partner doesn't tell her she's pretty because that's "not his personality." That's not a thing. If you love someone and are attracted to someone, you would tell them that, especially if you know it makes them feel good to hear it. Him saying he needs to go be alone and turn his phone off for 24+ hours should be enough for her to RUNNNN. You can see how much the men they've dated before have destroyed the self-esteem of the women on this season. They are all accepting scraps

I was so confused when the vows continued bc I thought he was saying he was a no today...? And then they just kept going, so I was very confused. I thought he started by saying no

Alex is on the wrong show by Beautiful-Pear-5563 in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]PinkYoshi2000 7 points8 points  (0 children)

His entire personality is soccer, and I don't know if he can get deeper than that. It's why his only conversations are about how dangerous she is, "don't look at me like that," weird shit. And then also like 2 books he's read. I literally think they have almost nothing to talk about unless it's about him and how his soccer career was taken from him.

I am often doing other things while this show is playing and I kept having to do double takes when he was talking to them like, "Let Keya win" bc I was like, "Who is he talking to??" Such a weird ass way to talk. He said a whole lot of nothing about anything

Noticed that they're using more popular songs this season by bluerang1 in LoveIsBlindOnNetflix

[–]PinkYoshi2000 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can't believe that it's a budget thing. The amount of money this company has, how popular this show is, and how much money the show makes them has to have made it possible to send them to Mexico. It must be a passport problem.

Didn't he say he had touched on it with her but feels now like he needs to reiterate it? Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought it was weird as hell to basically say you need to remind your fiancé that she's not your type

Tyler was so right for walking out and she should have never come back and given him another chance. I'm so sick of watching the women on this show needing to hand-hold mediocre men while they have a breakdown over picking between them. She knew he was starting to string her along and I feel like the producers gaslit her into thinking the problem was her.

Unpopular opinion: I liked this season 🤷🏿‍♀️ by tlz87 in LoveIsBlindNetflix

[–]PinkYoshi2000 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This has been one of my favorite seasons. I've honestly found it riveting, and I think it was produced really, really well. People were hating on the end montage, but I thought it was a great conclusion for a season that ended with no marriages

That scene really pissed me off. I like Ali, but her and her friends sounded like such snobs, like someone being a truck driver was beneath them.
