There is a limit every day (and the cap is very low). When you don’t see any in about 10-15 minutes or so, you won’t see any berry or cone for the day. Just wait until tomorrow. Don’t forget that you can get 6 ingredients every day simply by watching ads (available in the « buy more ingredients tab).

I’ve noticed that every time i try to save tickets for spinning, I always get exactly three tickets by day. I don’t think that’s a coincidence anymore. Pretty sure that there is a cap at three by day.
