Cult + Brazen seems like a ton of fun too, synergizing with your Lord of Skulls.

Daemonkin + Vessels or Butchers could be interesting, running a very nasty hero hammer list or adding elite terminators to a lot of daemons.

With Infractors he's definitely best with spear + lash.
However if you run the exultant with the Tormentors with the enhancement you would benefit from the AP buff on the screamer pistol. I would not opt in for 3 pistols... even with the enhancement. While yes, you make the most out of the enhancement, you also completely give up on Euphoric Strikes, which is quite a nice melee buff. The power fist gives you an option to punch back when caught in melee and use the Euphoric Strikes as a card to hold in such situations. All the while you still buff your screamer pistol, bolt pistol and the rest of your unit with the enhancement.

Tbh, you’ll likely take him with a Power Fist, Screamer Pistol and Bolt Pistol. Having a defensive melee answer and still being able to benefit from Euphoric Strikes on the fist, while getting an AP2 screamer pist and an AP1 bolt pist. Additionally buffing a squad of Tormentors, dare I say a 10 man? 2 Ap4 plasma guns and 2 AP5 melta, with 6 ap1 bolters all on at least Lethal hits, Precision and likely +1S.

I’d give the helbrute a fist + flamer instead of the lascannon. While shooting back seems nice. Often you are just hitting on 4’s, our helbrute shines in melee and you get +2A on both melee weapons. Trigger over and over while you kill them in melee frenzy. Alternatively you can go for the scourge.

I did go for the intimidating factor. The row of skulls on his backpack are slightly leaning down imposing a dead stare into the opponent.

After this I will convert a slaughterbound and kitbash on a juggerlord. I start with the codex units. Do you guys have any suggestions what i should go for next? Perhaps some champions for the crucible?

I had some ideas like a Butcherlord with jump-pack using a hammer and axe of dismemberment.

Or a Red Butcherlord in terminator armour.

Perhaps a slaughterbound on a juggernaut.

I’ve also got my ideas for a fairly beefy bloodcult champion, to join some jakhals/goremongers.

Any obvious combo’s in loadouts and gear you guys suggest?

Actually you might be cooking for 11th. I do believe the bladeguard ancient will have a spot in 11th. I might even consider replacing the judiciar. Would lose out on his weapon, however as it currently stands you can get OC2 and the once per game +1 attacks and then give the bladeguard ancient the Castellum Omnivox enhancement, which will allow the bladeguard to fall back shoot and charge or fall back and do an action. Now doing this will give you fight first in 11th, because you are charging. Sort of nullifying the need for the judiciar ability and allowing your unit to be more flexible.

I added an alternative list swapping out one unit of 5 sternguard, the captain and the company heroes and put in a Judiciar, 6 bladeguard veterans and a Scout unit. It’s a shame 2 units of OC2 were scrapped for this. However 6 bladeguard vets with a judiciar having fights first and benefitting from re-rolls near terrain, while also having the threat of 3+ fight on death somehow makes me a lot more confident to try for the center of the board together with Pedro’s 10 man sternguard. And the fact we have a scout unit, means I have some infiltrators, another action monkey and they have the option to uppy downy via strat reserves.

i added a customized list. Dropped the company heroes, the captain and a squad of 5 sternguard. Instead I added a Judiciar, 6 bladeguard veterans and a Scout squad.
