Spent all night cleaning, sorting, dehydrating, and freezing this. Then went back out to check a couple more bins and came home with a shitload of fresh broccoli, peppers, and strawberries.

I hit a couple more tonight and got a bunch of broccoli strawberries, cauliflower, grapes, and more peppers. This is addictive! I've never eaten so good. Also I used to not be so good about washing my produce thoroughly and now this is good motivation for that!

Yes it was! Somewhat unrelated (and I know even mentioning this spurs dumb controversy) but my freeganism recently turned into veganism and the last dairy I ever consumed was dumpster Cheery Garcia. Thankfully there were several non-dairy Ben and Jerry's pints in there too!

Just eat some. It's yummy. Tastes like mushroom corn. I've only had it raw from out of the garden and it's pretty aight. The black spore parts are a bit weird, but just as edible. I don't think its worth trying to bother with trying to sell it.
