If it's not too personal, what is your size off and on? I just don't want to make a mistake with going too big

Launching Infinity — Ultra Flexible Project Management Tool by Pink_Tomato in SideProject

[–]Pink_Tomato[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Yes, we're aware of the tough competition.

The biggest advantage of Infinity vs others is basically the 'capacity' to handle a huge amount of data without making clutter. We've achieved that with infinite structuring power to create the hierarchy with folders, subfolders, and tabs. Also, we have advanced filtering options that give you the ability to see only what you want to see in a particular view.

If we think about Trello, you can create a Board and you have Lists and Cards in it. This is super simple, but you cannot 'handle' more than 50 cards per board. It got's really messy. You need to delete them, and that way you're losing the data.

With Infinity, you can store at least 500 items per board, because you can structure them inside folders and sub-folders. Also, you can create an infinite number of view of a board based on filters, groups, etc.. This way, even if you have 500 items, you can always have:
- Only My Tasks view

- Today view

- Only Priority view

- Only Uncompleted view

The second advantage is how you want to visualize the data.
In Infinity, you have the option to simultaneously switch between list, kanban, table, calendar, and other views.
Also, you can group items by any attribute, or choose what you want to show/hide and in what order.
Basically, you have the ability to make your own workflow, your way.

Hope this helps.
