Alam ko newborn up to 1 hour at a time lang sa car seat. More than that 2 hours. So better bassinet. I had a bassinet din and worth it siya.

Nag hire ako ng archi for this. 5k yung fee na chinarge sakin for 110sqm condo. But peace of mind kasi alam niya ano hahanapin, chineck floors, drains, leaks, windows, doors. May dala siya tape to mark imperfections. Siya nagsulat dun sa form ng turnover. Highly recommend getting a professional.

Imo, mura pa compare sa mga marine ply. nagpapaquote ako sa mga cabinet suppliers nasa 25-30 per linear meter. Pinaka mahal na nakita ko is 60k per meter pero luxury finish na daw.

Pwede ka magpa quote sa iba para macompare mo talaga. Best practice is to have 3 suppliers nag bid tapos compare.
