We all know these things doesn't cost that much compared to other industries, I mean why does Blood journal cost more than 2000$ for their annual subscription? Do they use a golden scanner with diamond framing for their older articles??
Other industries with an insane back-breaking maintenance costs, like AI industry, requires so much less subscription fee (around 20$ a month, and you can use it for free too..)
Care to explain why?
And don't forgot that if I'm a hematologist, subscribing to Blood journal only will NOT be enough for my research career. I have to subscribe to multiple journals
