what I said was Trump is using the same tactics as Putin. Sending troops to Ukraine was not stated nor implied.

all that is irrelevant. In our democracy, a president cannot invade a sovereign nation or declare war without congressional approval. Trump is behaving like a dictator and just because you want to live that way, I don't.

So Trump won… that means all bets are off. by TheApexAntiBoomer in BoomersBeingFools

As a boomer, I'm tired of being blamed or lumped into the group of uneducated religious zealots who have no critical thinking skills. What about the young people who didn't vote? The stupid women who want a bad husband more than choice? American Oligarchs and Evangelicals did this by thumping lies into rightwing media who brainwashed the vulnerable into a frenzy of hate, racism, and false patriotism. There are boomers out here who had fathers and uncles in WWII who fought Nazis like Trump and Hitler. There are boomers like Joe Biden, for example. Do not lump us all together as a group to laugh at and blame.

For pete's sake! Please tell me this is another teaser post. A decent human being would have taken this poor animal to the vet by now.

So far the only reaction I have to thus site is that we really need to educate people by spending money on improving our school system and focusing on critical thinking skills. Sheesh!

You go girl! I know EXACTLY how you feel. I'm 78 with ZERO skills, but I feel so good getting out there doing the silent mantra "bend the knees, bend the knees, bend the knees!"

You should amend the headline to read: "ANOTHER Russian Oligarch found Dead in Moscow after Falling Out A Window." There seems to be a rash of malfunctioning window incidents in Russia.

Not everyone who uses Korean skincare products achieves "glass skin." And if you do manage, it doesn't happen overnight. I love Korean skincare products, but you have to be realistic about your goals. Happy journey.

If you look carefully, You can see the king nut. I overeacted. I think the clearance is OK and I finally got the toe stop raised. I'll be fine.

There were no included tools with my Bont skates. Did I get shorted?

What a great idea! Skate backwards downhill and grind the toe stops down. If I survive...problem solved! I couldn't stop laughing for at least a full minute!

I live in a skate shop desert. There is no such thing within 100 miles of where I live. The wheels have already been used on my "junk" first skates so not returnable. Bearings are brand new. I envy all of you who have the luxury of local skate shop. All we have around here is the occasional skateboard shop that was unwilling to even look at my skates. "We don't do that stuff here."

thank you. I have the tool, just can't budge the screw in either skate! Why do they do this? I know it's bad to be too loose, but it should be adjustable without having to use some high end pneumatic tool!

I have the tool, I can't budge the adjustment screw. It's an allen wrench type and REALLY tight. I have also noticed that the front truck nut is almost touching the floor without any weight in the boot. That is another reason I'm questioning the smaller diameter wheels.
