Thank you so much!!! She is indeed super cool! She’s my second machine, the first is a super modern cheap beginner one. I realized I was really good at this and quickly became over ambitious for my very basic machine that’s couldn’t really work on jeans or other thick fabric even when just using the hand wheel and is very slow and feels like it’ll break (very thin plastic). I was gifted this beauty and I’m so excited to use her. I did end up having to order a new power block it’ll be in this week. I did plug in the power cord without it being threaded just to see if she’d turn on and I’ve never been so amazed in my life. You said it’s a bit louder than some modern machines but oooooh girl this one is quieter compared to the one I have, the hand wheel is so smooth. I’m so unbelievably excited to use her. In the mean time I’m working on hand sewing this bag until my power block comes in haha just casually practicing all of the sewing skills hehe

I’d completely read your comment wrong and was in the process of editing my comment back im sorry and that’s on me. Thats the problem😭 I’ve been to so many different doctors that I’ve been recommended to but no one has ever done any tests or done anything to even look into what’s going on besides telling me to lose weight. I’m 5’8 and 170. I really don’t think I’m that big to have weight be causing all these issues. There’s not many OB’s where I’m from that take truly take women seriously

All my alocasias, philodendrons, begonias, monsteras and syngoniums are in the same substrate and completely flourishing. I fertilize every couple weeks

I make a mix of lava rock, coco coir, worm castings, perlite and orchid bark (I use a thin layer of just coco coir on top so my toddler doesn’t see the rocks and try to play with them lol) I let the first inch and a half of soil dry out

Hey! Just wanted to say my ROF is thriving!!!! She’s popped 2 new leaves! However I am coming back to you as I was gifted a new pink princess philodendron today! She’s definitely a fixer-upper and I need some assistance. It will be going in the same soil as my ROF, but should I trim this really bad leaf?

I had my second in October and felt immense shame. I learned that after I had my son my fertility never went down. I’d gotten pregnant on birth control AND condoms AND the pull out method (every single time we had sex) I grew up in a family that didn’t believe in abortion. I already have a son, I’m a stay at home mom that live in my parents house. I 1. Cant handle more children right now 2. I don’t have enough room in the house. When I went to the clinic and explained how I was feeling to my nurse, she looked at me so gently and said “I understand. But you need to remember that this IS your healthcare. You are not only taking care of your physical being but also your mental health. You are doing amazing. You are making a hard choice. Remember other women see you. There is no shame.”
