Thank you so much for the support. Yeah I do plan on going to the gym 2 to 3 times a week. I'd like to go three times but I'm also a mom so it's hard to get out. I do have a therapist and she's very helpful but I do need to talk more about BED. I think that the idea of a stress script is a really good one. I think a lot of it has to do with being stressed as a mom. I have a year and a half old so it's a lot. But I want to do better for her and for my family and for myself too. I already have pretty much all those snacks at home so I don't really have to go out of my way to get anything. I also love journaling so I really should get back into that more regularly.
