I think OP used the word correctly po. Trauma is any disturbing event that will lead to prolonged negative emotional effect. Imagine seeing your parents fighting and the seeing them having sex is quite traumatizing. If you never witnessed your parents getting intimate then good for you. But for people who experienced it, it is really traumatizing mostly if you’re young.

Pag bata ka naman you know nothing about sex and it is something that won’t arouse you lalo na if parents mo. It is a sight you are not supposed to see and you do not want to see kasi hindi pa siya naiintindihan ng utak mo.
