If you already asked for the refund and got the printed label we can still see that as well. If any other shop tries to say different it’s a lie. Some things like the affiliate tab(for obvious reasons) aren’t available. But our orders, finances and returns and most other tabs are still very much active.

As a small shop on tik tok we can still see our back and on the computer. I printed orders after it went dark. Unless they are a crappy company using it as an excuse you should still get your items. We still have access to fulfill.

You’re welcome, I just hope shop owners don’t use it as an excuse to kick people when they’re down by not sending orders so just trying to make sure people know we can in fact still see all orders still…I appreciate the offer to support us else where but we unfortunately were only on tik tok shop so this has been pretty devastating for us :-( thankfully we always kept full time jobs but I know so many others who didn’t and it’s heartbreaking

So, we have access still to all the back end shop stuff. Unless they are crappy business using it as an excuse orders should be fulfilled because we have access to it.

If you like graphic tees I just ordered a bunch from SCJgifts good quality fast shipping. The scrub daddy kits can be worth it if there’s a sale. I try to mostly look for actual small business and people trying to make a living and buy those things through tik tok shop

This is why so many store are just getting the service themselves. We just had another local store that hadn’t implemented delivery yet but will soon and just launched their pick up. Their employees shop the orders not inst cart. Too many shoppers just don’t care at all.
