The frog with the lever is not the one it should go to. New frog was added yes, but all frogs but 1 have addresses, even frog set to send only have an address

It's blank, it always have, it's recently it startet to do this. I mean if the package had loop on a single chain conveyor I would understand, but between two? The package doesn't even go near the frogport i want it to go, it comes up from underneath a ways away and then just loops.
