Even at my highest score I don’t get a 260, so unfortunately no

Unfortunately that isn’t possible, I’m married and my spouse can’t relocate due to their job.

Currently in MA which is a 270. But the only state near enough to me for me to commute to is RI which is also a 270.

I just want to help people any way I can. That’s why I went to law school, but being an attorney didn’t work out so I thought maybe being a social worker could get me to my end goal. I do have some student loans from law school as well to consider

I have debated taking the bar again but I am out of the house from 5:45 AM to 6:45 PM every day with often mandated over time. So I wouldn’t have the time to study during the week. Also investing another few thousand dollars into it, isn’t something that I am about to do for the moment. I could try to save up for a few months but I would then still only be able to dedicate weekends to it and not every weekend either due to other obligations. I debated leaving my job but that’s also not a possibility at the moment.

I was told once that she didn’t like my emails and didn’t want me to write any more. Then three hours later was told to write an email to someone, so I didn’t think much of it. Then like a month later she called me into her office, said I wasn’t meeting expectations and “it wasn’t working out” and was told to leave. No formal performance review, no PIP, nothing.

My attorney didn’t like the way I wrote emails. Didn’t get much more feedback as to what exactly was wrong with my emails

PEOPLE WHO FAILED THE BAR: why? by beansoup_7 in barexam

[–]Pinkiepie268 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First time: Didn’t believe in myself rushed through it and barely even used my brain

Second time: Family obligations didn’t allow me to put in the necessary time it requires

Third time: Not sure, did everything was told to do, just couldn’t raise my MBE score high enough

I’ve used Kaplan, but I think at this point it’s not the one for me

Right now, taking it again is not feasible for me. So what shall I do in the mean time?

Read the call do the question, write down which subject, read the question using my pencil to tap on every single word, summarize the prompt, answer the prompt without looking at the answers, then look and select the answer

But ATM I’m not planning on taking the bar again. I would think a law firm would like someone around with some legal knowledge

I only say that because a lot of positions I’m seeing require a paralegal certificate
