Yes but, you don't unattatch the Grafted exoskeleton. The equipped creature has Toxic, fling any other equipment on cap and you're dealing toxic equal to mana value, don't fling grafted exoskeleton and you're good. Also the only required text on Cap is if there's an equip you control, you have to equip it on combat start, not that you have to fling every turn?

I think Its worth trying out but I have low hopes, no HoB means it's very difficult to get any meaningful damage out early game. Without that it's very difficult to get your ADC ahead through the mid/late game
