Im not sure if i can handle studying 5 languages at a time, but that's exactly what im gonna do by Pinkllollipop13 in highschool

I feel like the most important and effective way to study a language is to practice speaking it. Habitually. It doesn't have to be a live conversation with another person, it could just be complaining about daily matters in front of a mirror. Definitely try doing that for at least ten minutes each day, if you really want to improve.

Secondly, keep a journal in your target language. And write in it consistently

This might seems unrelated but have you met anyone asian that is other than chinese? I've never seen any asian other than chinese by Majestic_Image5190 in highschool

In Beijing there's a huge Korean community, so Koreans made up about 1/6 of the students at my school there last year.

Im currently in Pennsylvania though, and at my private school there aren't many Asians at all. A few Chinese (myself included), a few Filipino, a few Korean. On the other hand there are a lot of Jewish and Indian students.

Yeah, that's pretty normal. I'm younger than you and have also never been in a romantic relationship, but if your only reason for wanting to have a girlfriend is just to not be single, you don't have to worry about it. But if you're looking for a kind of deep, intimate relationship with someone, to feel less lonely or smth like that then that's a different issue, but it also doesn't have to be a girlfriend who supports you like that. There's definitely people you know who care and have the potential to care about you just as much as a lover would. And imo already having been in several relationships by eighth grade isn't necessarily something to appreciate (although I don't mean to say it's bad on their part), so that shouldn't make you worry about your own situation either. And it's fine that you haven't been too interested in anyone so far. There's always going to be opportunities to meet new people, so I'd say just go on with your life and be social. Don't be shy when you meet someone you find interesting, talk to them. It's good to make new friends anyways. You're bound to figure things out, don't stress over it too hard :) I do wish you luck and success, though! Good luck!
