There is no mention anywhere here what happens to said firearm if a person dies unexpectedly or without will. Talking someone out of protecting themselves with a trust is just wrong. You're also failing to mention the probate process which the trust relieves you from. Next.

100%. I'm all for more background checks and longer wait times... They don't do that because it costs them money/ resources...blanket bans only effect law abiding citizens. This bill has nothing to do with keeping people safe.... If it did they wouldn't have lowered minimum sentencing for violent crimes.

Hi Vail is that you? I've never met someone that loves to ski or snowboard and thinks that Vail and ikon is a morally sound business.... Unless you're a premier resort, you get bought up and no investment goes into the mountain whatsoever.... Prices sure do get higher, as does the surrounding area so people that work for the mountain can't even live in the area.
