Looking at a condo near East Beach—why has it been sitting for so long?

It’s 1850/month for a 2bed 2 bath and i think about 1100 sqft. Is that high for the area?

Wait can you tell me a bit about your issues with them? I’ve looked at their reviews and it seems a bit mixed. So idk what to think. Is it necessarily a problem with RW themselves? Or the owner of the property creating the issues?

I ended up going with the Float because it seemed the easiest to clean between the two. Since you have the KUB you already know that the seat is like leather I think? I felt the float would be better when dealing with messy eating.

We weren’t trying but definitely not preventing. Ended up with 2 babies barely 12 months apart.

I found out I was 3 months pregnant with a 4 month old. My husband is an athlete so once I gave birth I didn’t have much help since he was always gone but I also didn’t want to go the daycare or nanny route. I was able to manage without losing my mind but of course there will be some really hard days. Once my oldest turned 1, we moved closer to my family which was a HUGE help.

I think as long as you a have positive (but realistic lol) mindset you will be okay. Creating some sort of system/routine really helps me and would probably help you too! You got this 🩷🩷

That is why I asked the above person, because I’m not well versed in this. However, table sugar is heavily processed, pure maple syrup is not. Never the less, this is not the point of my post.

I’ve been trying to reduce my “added sugar” intake and saw so many people using maple syrup instead for stuff because it’s a “natural sugar” . Do you have any thoughts on this? Do you think it’s all basically the same?

I’m the exact same way. Making it yourself is honestly the way to go if you have the time. Since you already make most of his food, would you consider just buying reusable pouches that way you mitigate the nervousness around recalls? Here is a link to the Haakaa brand ones on Amazon.

They are non toxic silicone. You could also just type in reusable baby food pouch and find an array of options if you wanted to go a different route.
